Our client, a global leader in scientific instrumentation is seeking a
Director of Sales & Service to manage a team of direct sales engineers
1st year at-plan total compensation:
Primary Account Focus:
BSc in Chemistry, BioChemistry, Physics, or related field
5 or more years experience in a Sales Management experience
You must be a Team-oriented Self-starter who can demonstrate critical thinking skills and a fundamental understanding of the formal Sales process.
Has experience managing a team of 5 or more direct sales engineers
Ability to travel as needed to meet the obligations of the position
EXCELLENT communication skills
Great Leadership skills
* 5 or more years (prefer 7+) of Field Sales Management
