DESCRIPTION
Our client needs an experienced Product Manager to own the inbound marketing and new product development process from Voice of the Customer, through R&D, product launch and eventually supporting Technical Sales and Outbound Marketing activities. This will involve the prioritization of a surging innovative product pipeline for a variety of products into Research (RUO) and Personalized Healthcare (CDx) markets. This company designs and manufactures gold standard technology, including instrumentation, software, and analytical products for pre-clinical and translational researchers in academia, biomedical and pharmaceutical research.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years relevant Product Marketing experience (Product Specialist, Product Manager)

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with successful track records to join our company as VP of Engineering. This individual will build and manage the Engineering team and deliver successful manufacturing-ready products. Specific responsibilities include:
- Build, lead and manage the Engineering team, including outsourced Engineering services
- Ensure that all technical and support personnel are properly qualified, trained and supervised
- Interface between R&D, Product Development and Executive teams
- Manage product definition, prototyping and beta testing
- Plan company product development efforts and develop budgets to meet schedule and cost objectives
- Own the life science product roadmap, and develop cost analysis for each product

- This person is responsible for installing new instruments, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance services on-site (R&D, analytical or university laboratories generally) to ensure optimal performance of all instrumentation in the assigned region.
- Establish/Maintain excellent and/or repair poor customer relationships by establishing, developing and keeping close communication with customers
- Troubleshoot malfunctions; Diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions
- Act independently to determine service required and return customers’ instruments to factory specifications when needed

The individual in this position is responsible for providing real world applications solutions and high-level technical support for Life Science related products such as LCMS, LC-MS/MS, MALDI-ToF, etc? . Job Responsibilities
This position is to provide application solutions to promote the marketing and sales of LC-MS products in the broad field for qualitative and quantitative purposes.
- Assist with customer and research sample preparation. (daily)
- Run customer samples and provide analysis reports to customers. (daily)
- Provide demonstration and presentation of Bio-related, LC-MS and LC-MS/MS products to customers to support the sales effort. (weekly)

The IS Manager oversees and manages order processing and customer service support, staff, activities, practices, and resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage team of Inside Sales and Customer Support associates to perform all assigned activities from Lead-2-Cash for sales and service incident management.
- Perform and oversee Inside Sales, Telesales and Telemarketing activities and work closely with the marketing team and the sales team

- Sales quotes creation, management and nurturing

- Manage Order-2-Cash expectation for timely processing of all activities

- Assists as an escalation point with billing research, billing inquires and helps clarify billing disputes.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates with extensive work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
